Our Raw Indonesian Hair Bundles are perfect for the woman who loves a natural looking install with beautiful texture and body. Featuring a naturally coarser feel compared to silkier hair textures, this hair blends beautifully with textured hair, making it an excellent choice for creating a seamless, natural looking finish.
Unlike hair with an extremely silky texture, Raw Indonesian Hair offers a more textured/course feel that helps your install look and feel closer to your own natural hair. Its natural body and versatility make it perfect for everyday wear, effortless styling, and a beautifully blended look.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Promise Thirty-One are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect selections, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.
Processing vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is the time required to prepare, inspect, package, and quality-check your hair before it is shipped. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days but may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting expedited shipping only reduces the shipping carrier’s transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping does not shorten or alter our processing time. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Promise Thirty-One is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, shipping is under the carrier’s control. If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any shipping information available to assist you.
Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once submitted. Please carefully review your texture, length, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
By placing an order with Promise Thirty-One, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies.
