Burmese Curly Closure 5x5

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Promise Thirty-One are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect selections, ordering mistakes, or changes of mind.

Processing vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is the time required to prepare, inspect, package, and quality-check your hair before it is shipped. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days but may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited Shipping

Selecting expedited shipping only reduces the shipping carrier’s transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping does not shorten or alter our processing time. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Promise Thirty-One is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, shipping is under the carrier’s control. If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any shipping information available to assist you.

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once submitted. Please carefully review your texture, length, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Promise Thirty-One, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies.
